The Athletes With Impact program focuses on upskilling National Sporting Organisation (NSO) athlete committee members and providing operational guidance to NSOs in this area.

A workshop series designed to enhance the confidence and capability of NSO athlete committees to maximise their individual and collective impact.

Athlete committee members are emerging leaders in the sports industry and can have a positive influence in their community. The program equips athlete committee members to be high performing in their representative role, maximise their influence and governance relationships, and effectively contribute to the future of the sport.

Additionally, Athletes With Impact can provide guidance around the role of Committees, Board expectations, and how to effect consistency of standards, to NSOs.

The workshop themes include:

  • Navigating the Sports system.
  • Setting up the Committee for High-Performance.
  • Strengthening Relationships and Trust.
