Recovery Timetable

The group fitness timetable features a variety of classes that cater for all ages and fitness levels.
Choose from over 35 classes a week, including Pilates, yoga, circuit, MaxBox, stretch and tone, and aqua fitness classes.

Recovery Classes

Aqua Recovery

Gain increased mobility and strength by using aqua equipment for resistance. Sessions held in 1.1-metre deep, 25-metre heated pool.

Deep-water Recovery

Further increase mobility, strength and cardiovascular ability with a more intensive deep-water recovery session. Sessions held in 2.2-metre deep, 50-metre heated pool.

Gym Recovery

Work on tailored gym programmes under supervision. Sessions held in our fully equipped gym.
