The group fitness timetable features a variety of classes that cater for all ages and fitness levels.
Choose from over 35 classes a week, including Pilates, yoga, circuit, MaxBox, stretch and tone, and aqua fitness classes. Due to occasional changes of class venues, we recommend always checking the timetable for the current month.

Discover those deep postural core muscles you never knew existed, but are so vital to everyday life. A workout utilising bodyweight and a range of equipment, TO THE CORE will benefit those who need the discipline for working out that often neglected mid-section.

HIIT Circuit

This is a high intensity class that combines cardio and free weights to deliver a workout your body won’t forget. Using different intervals to get your heart pumping, this class gives you a great calorie burn not only during the class, but for hours afterwards!

Super Circuit

A fantastic session conducted in the gym using a combination of aerobic and resistance stations. It is a high-powered dynamic workout that will leave you exhausted, exhilarated and motivated.

Aerofit

Why choose one form of cardio when you can have them all in one class? This music driven class uses a variety of equipment such as rowers, bikes, boxing, treadmills, step equipment and bodyweight exercises to offer a fun-filled, challenging and calorie burning workout. Enjoy the variety and atmosphere that circuit-based intervals offer, whilst improving your cardiovascular fitness and fat burning capabilities.

Stretch for Strength

This simple and effective session will expertly guide you through all of the wonderful range of motion of your major joints. Utilising a variety of efficient stretching techniques, this class aims to maintain and improve optimal function and slow the decline of flexibility and strength as we age.

Pilates

Pilates is a body-mind practice that is based on the principle that 'good posture' enhances and maintains: Concentration, Control, Centering, Fluidity, Precision and Breathing. Habitual core activation and control are taught in vertical, horizontal, seated postures as well as complex dynamic movements, such as walking. Simple mats, chairs, tension rings and foam rollers may be used within each session. Ultimately this session is a practical 'posture practice' for anyone who is interested in good postural-habit formation.

Zumba Basics

This dance-fitness class is perfect for beginners and intermediate exercisers, or anyone who likes to groove and have a good time! With safe and effective moves, experience the calorie-burning and core-strengthening benefits and have a great time doing it.

Yoga Plus

An exciting yoga class comprising stretching, strength, balance and relaxation. It is a great way to improve physical, mental and emotional health.

MaxBox

This high intensity class combines 30mins of boxafit and 30mins of barbell/dumbbell weights. Improve muscle tone and endurance, increase your cardio capacity and experience a great way to de-stress!

Boot Camp

A high-intensity boot camp-style class including boxing, hill running, endurance circuits and team challenges. See what the fuss is about; it is sure to push you to your limits the ultimate athletic conditioning!

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise which involves a holistic approach to relaxing and balancing the connection between your body, mind and spirit (emotions). Tai means supreme, and Chi means life energy.

High and low intensity variables during an exhilarating class designed to teach you traditional aerobic moves for a body-blitzing workout.
