That is why we’re committed to developing and improving the effectiveness of Australian high performance pathways to successfully identify, develop, support and progress talented athletes to achieve medal winning performances in the future.

Elevate Learning Grants Program

To deliver a systematic approach to the education and professional development of the Performance Pathways workforce.
Elevate Coach Program

Best practice performance pathway coach learning and support in collaboration with La Trobe University.
Elevate CoachTALK Program

AIS Elevate CoachTALK Program aims to foster state-based coaching communities of practice and learnings relevant to Performance Pathway coaches.
Elevate Lead Program

Elevate Lead is a bespoke blend of face-to-face, peer-to-peer, and self-paced learning to assist in the development of Performance Pathway Leaders.
