Tiramisu

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp NESCAFÉ Greenblend Instant Coffee
- 1½ cups boiling water
- 1½ cups low-fat spreadable cream cheese
- 3 cups low-fat vanilla custard
- ¼ cup icing sugar mixture
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 28 sponge finger biscuits
- 1–2 tbsp NESTLÉ Baking Cocoa
Method
- Dissolve NESCAFÉ Greenblend Instant Coffee in boiling water.
- Beat cream cheese, custard, icing sugar and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.
- Dip half the biscuits in coffee mix. Place in a single layer over the base of a 8-cup capacity baking dish or 8 individual serving dishes.
- Spread half the cream cheese mixture over biscuits to cover. Dust with half the NESTLÉ Baking Cocoa.
- Repeat layers with remaining biscuits and coffee, cream cheese mixture and cocoa powder. Refrigerate for 3–4 hours before serving.
HINT: If preferred, replace coffee with ALPEN BLEND Drinking Chocolate.
