Summer fruit salad
- Preparation time 10 minutes
- Serves 4
Ingredients
- 2 mangoes, sliced
- 3 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 150g fresh or frozen raspberries
- 170g can passionfruit in syrup
- 2 tbsp flaked almonds, toasted
Method
- Combine fruit and passionfruit syrup in bowl, toss to combine.
- Serve sprinkled with almonds.
