Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine. Place in to a large baking dish and bake for 10–15 minutes or until dark golden. Cover with foil and cook for a further 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Turn a couple of times during cooking.
Serve with rice and steamed vegetables.
These are also delicious cold. Cook extra drumsticks and slice the meat from the bone to use in sandwiches or dishes such as fried rice. Skin can be removed before cooking to reduce the fat content.
