Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking tray with non-stick paper.
Combine apple, plums, zest, almonds, cinnamon and sugar in bowl. Layer sheets of filo, brushing each layer with milk. Place fruit mixture along the long edge of pastry, leaving about 10 cm clear on each side. Fold pastry to enclose and brush with milk.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden. Dust with icing sugar and serve immediately.
