Honey & ginger pork

- Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- 500g pork fillet, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2cm piece ginger, finely grated
- 1 red capsicum, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 160g broccoli florets
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp MAGGI Authentic Fish Sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- ¼ cup unsalted cashews
- rice noodles, to serve
Method
- Heat half the oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry pork in batches until browned. Set aside.
- Heat remaining oil to the wok, cook garlic and ginger for 1 minute, then add vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Combine cornflour, sesame oil, soy sauce, MAGGI Authentic Fish Sauce and honey in a small bowl. Add to wok with pork and cashews. Stir until heated through.
- Serve with rice noodles.
