Grilled peaches

Ingredients
- 8 frozen peach halves
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 200g tub SKI D'LITE Vanilla Crème Yogurt
Method
- Preheat the grill to medium high.
- Place peaches, cut side up, in a shallow heatproof dish.
- Combine brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over cut surface of the peaches.
- Cook under a grill for 6–8 minutes until sugar is dissolved and bubbling.
- Serve with SKI D'LITE Vanilla Crème Yogurt.
