Sift flour and NESTLÉ Baking Cocoa into a large bowl, stir in sugar and make a well in the centre.
Whisk butter and milk together, and pour onto dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined.
Spread pudding mix into an 8-cup capacity baking dish.
To make the sauce, combine the NESTLÉ Baking Cocoa and brown sugar together in a small bowl and then sprinkle over the pudding mixture. Gently pour the boil water over the top. Bake in oven for 40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted into the pudding, not through to the sauce at the bottom.
Serve with low-fat custard or low-fat ice cream.
HINT: To microwave this pudding use a round dish and cook on HIGH for 10 minutes. Test and if not ready cook for a further 2 minutes.
