Chicken burger

- Serves 8
Ingredients
- 800g chicken mince
- ½ small carrot, grated
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small zucchini, grated
- 1 tbsp MAGGI Authentic Sweet Chilli Sauce
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- black pepper to taste
- 8 hamburger buns, split and lightly toasted
- avocado, to serve
- English spinach leaves, to serve
- tomato slices, to serve
- snow pea sprouts, to serve
- strips of chargrilled capsicum, to serve
- MAGGI Sweet Chilli Sauce, to serve
Method
- Place chicken, carrot, onion, zucchini, sauces and pepper in a bowl and mix to combine.
- Divide mixture into 8 portions and shape into patties..
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Cook under grill on medium to high heat for 5 minutes each side. Alternatively cook on a barbecue hotplate for 2 minutes on each side. Transfer to a baking tray and place for a further 8 minutes or until cooked.
- Spread buns with avocado and assemble burgers with spinach, tomato, chicken patties, snow pea sprouts and capsicum. Serve with MAGGI Sweet Chilli Sauce on the side.
