Aussie pizzas

Ingredients
- 4 individual pizza bases (or 1 large base)
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 2-4 teaspoons crushed garlic, optional
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 180 g reduced-fat lag ham, chopped
- 80 g lean bacon, fat trimmed
- 1 medium red capsicum, chopped
- 1½ cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 100 g grated reduced fat mozzarella cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Place bases on a nonstick baking tray.
- Combine sauce and garlic and spread over bases, leaving a 1-cm border, then add toppings.
- Drizzle with egg, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes, until egg sets.
HINT: Add canned pineapple for sweetness
