Apricot-cherry parfait

Ingredients
- 2 cups low-fat prepared custard
- 825 g can apricot halves, drained, cut in half
- 2 x 200 g carton NESTLE Light Black Cherry Yoghurt
- 4 amaretti biscuits (almond macaroons)
Method
- Divide 1 cup custard among four 1-cup serving glasses (or bowls).
- Divide one third of the apricots among the glasses then divide one 200g carton black cherry yoghurt among glasses.
- Layer half remaining apricots onto the yoghurt, then divide another 1 cup custard among the glasses.
- Top with remaining apricots and another 200 g carton yoghurt.
- Crush biscuits in a small bowl and sprinkle over each parfait.
