With winter fast approaching, the Australian Sports Commission (ASC) has unveiled its 'Warm up with Winter Sport' campaign, encouraging Australians to get active and embrace the cooler months through sport.
Featuring a standout lineup of Australian athletes, the campaign aims to inspire people of all ages and abilities to get involved in sport.
"With the cooler weather on the way, it’s time to decide how you’ll warm up with winter sport. Whether it’s as a coach, volunteer, spectator or player, there’s a place for you," said Aussie Diamonds player Sophie Dwyer, alongside her teammates Matilda Garrett and Hannah Mundy.

The ASC is working closely with national sporting organisations to spread this message through social media and a paid marketing initiative. The campaign will direct Australians to the ASC’s Get Involved page, where they can find nearby sports programs, clubs and opportunities to participate.
The ‘Warm up with Winter Sport’ campaign aligns with the sector-wide Play Well strategy, which focuses on making sport fun, safe, welcoming and inclusive for all.
