Presented by Volunteering Australia, this award recognises volunteers who have made an outstanding contribution to sporting organisations, clubs, teams or programs over the past year.

This is the third year the prestigious award will be presented at the ASPAs, recognising our nation’s best volunteers alongside Australia's best high performance athletes.

The award is part of the ASC's dedication to championing the role of volunteers, as a key component of the Sport Volunteer Coalition and Action Plan.

Nominations are now open and will close on Wednesday 23 October 2024.

Applications will be assessed based on the selection criteria.
