We understand the importance of seamless travel for attendees flying into Melbourne Airport. To make your journey as smooth as possible, we’re exploring transfer services between Melbourne Airport and Geelong Central.

C&O2025 is for anyone passionate about improving coaching and officiating in community sport! Our main audience includes:

  • Staff from National and State Sporting Organisations, STASRs, and Peak Bodies who support the development of coaches and officials.
  • Community coaches and officials.
  • Academics and students researching community sport, coaching and/or officiating.

Tickets for C&O2025 range from $117 to $450, depending on:

  • How many days you plan to attend.
  • When you book your ticket.
  • Whether you’re eligible for student or concession pricing.

Ticket prices are included in the registration portal.

Keeping ticket prices affordable was incredibly important to the event organisers. Ticket costs go towards expanding the event to include more attendees by covering things like additional meals and support for extra staff and facilitators.

The full agenda for C&O2025 is expected to be released towards the end of January, before early bird registrations close. This ensures all attendees have a chance to review the agenda before purchasing a ticket.

C&O2025 is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible event for everyone. Here are the accessibility features and accommodations we’ve planned:

  • For attendees who are deaf or hard of hearing: Auslan interpreters can be available during sessions. If you would like to request an interpreter, please indicate this on your registration form so we can arrange it for you.
  • For attendees who are blind or have low vision: We’ll provide accessible digital materials when requested and ensure clear wayfinding at the venue.
  • For attendees with sensory sensitivities or who are neurodivergent: Quiet spaces will be available, and we’ll aim to minimise sensory triggers where possible.
  • For wheelchair users: The venue is wheelchair accessible, including elevators, ramps and accessible restrooms.
  • For attendees with non-visible disabilities or chronic illnesses: We’ll work with you to accommodate specific needs, such as seating arrangements or rest breaks.
  • For attendees with intellectual disabilities: Support staff can be available to assist with navigating the event and understanding materials. If you would like additional support, please indicate this on your registration form.
  • For older attendees: We’ll provide seating and rest areas throughout the venue.
  • For parents with strollers: The venue will be stroller-friendly, with spaces to park and store strollers if needed. We will also provide a private space for breastfeeding parents.
