We understand the importance of seamless travel for attendees flying into Melbourne Airport. To make your journey as smooth as possible, we’re exploring transfer services between Melbourne Airport and Geelong Central.

1. Download the 'evexus' app at the App store or via Google Play.

2. Enter the Event Code: asc.evexus.net

3.  Select the Coaching and Officiating Conference and enter the email you registered for the event with

4. A passcode will be sent to your email - don't forget to check your junk/ spam folder

5. We encourage you to "Allow" notifications so you can receive updates throughout the event (don't worry - we won't go overboard!)

Arriving via car

Geelong is 75 kilometres from Melbourne accessible via the Westgate Bridge and following the Princes Freeway. In Geelong, the Princes Freeway becomes Latrobe Terrace (no turns required). Once you reach the set of traffic lights directly adjacent to 7-Eleven turn left onto Kilgour Street and make an immediate right. This will take you straight into Kardinia Park’s main entry being Kilgour Street.

Free Parking is available throughout the Kardinia Park Precinct.

Accessible parking is available in the following locations:

• Along Moorabool Street directly out the front of Sports House
• Limited spaces are located within the A3 car park directly out the front of the Premiership Stand; and
• Along Park Crescent directly in front of Kardinia Aquatic Centre

A drop-off zone is available near the Geelong Football Umpire League (GFUL) building

Arriving via train

Geelong is approximately one hour from Melbourne’s Southern Cross Station, with the Geelong Railway Station situated 1.8 kilometres to the north of the stadium and South Geelong Station located 450 metres to the east. Making ‘getting to the stadium’ simple and convenient.

Additional services may be provided by V/Line on Major Event days. Patrons are encouraged to visit the V/Line and/or Public Transport Victoria websites, for more information.

Arriving via plane

Avalon Airport is the closest airport to Geelong and GMHBA Stadium. Avalon Airport is 23 kilometres north-east of GMHBA Stadium and is serviced by Jetstar Airlines. For information about transfers between Avalon and Geelong city please visit the Avalon Airport website.

Melbourne’s Tullamarine Airport is a domestic and international airport located 85 kilometres north of GMHBA Stadium. For bus transfers between Tullamarine and Geelong city please visit Gull Airport Service.

Arriving via taxi

A taxi rank will be located on Verner St, at the conclusion of the event.

Yes! There are social opportunities throughout the three days for you to connect with others at the conference.

• On Wednesday and Thursday Morning, Lorne Surf Life Saving Club will be hosting a social Breaky BBQ fundraiser. Attendees are encouraged to come along for a B&E roll (or veggie alternative), meet with peers and creating connections.
• On Wednesday morning our partner AlphaFit will be hosting a morning strength session for attendees from 7-7.45am. Register HERE.
